GoodLot is working to be a sustainability leader by marrying our organic and regenerative farm practises with beer production that does not contribute to climate change. We brew in an eco-renovated (air-tight, “passive-haus” standard) converted barn brewery, powered by 20 kW of solar power. We create ales, lagers and seasonal one-offs which can be purchased on-farm, home delivered, or found in select restaurants and bars. From May to October, we operate two beer gardens that showcase local chefs and live music. Feel free to wander the hopyards and trails, visit the sheep, or play a round of disc golf. Kid and dog friendly.

Since 2015, we’ve grown a variety of unusual peppers in the Garden of Apologies, and we pair the uniqueness of each pepper variety with complimentary ingredients from our neighbours’ farms to craft a series of artisanal hot sauces. We have several recurring recipes, but we also specialize in limited-edition batches of hot sauce, hot pepper powder and other capsaicin treats.
